Born from the heart of Dongguan Chong’ai Electronic Technology Co., Ltd., we are more than a brand; we are a group of pet lovers who turned a simple observation into a mission: to bridge the gap between humans and their furry family members, with joy, innovation, and a little bit of music.
Our story began in 2021. Our founder was hard at work when he noticed his beloved cat, “Mimi,” wandering aimlessly around the house. Like millions of other pet owners, he was overcome by a pang of guilt—he was forced to leave his cherished companion home alone, left to suffer the torment of boredom and loneliness, and deprived of the kind of mental stimulation that could truly brighten her days. He observed that Mimi was constantly trying to nudge various objects around the room in search of interaction; even the slightest positive response would instantly make her eyes light up with joy. In that very moment, a thought flashed through his mind: How wonderful would it be if we could elevate simple play into a truly meaningful experience—one that not only nurtures a pet’s mind but also deepens the emotional bond shared between them and their owner?
Here are the problems we set out to solve when creating the Pet Piano.

Reducing Food Waste: It should prevent stale, uneaten food waste by dispensing fresh portions.
Aesthetic Integration: Unlike typical plastic pet devices, the Pet Piano’s wooden construction and piano design integrate seamlessly into home décor.
