Why isn't my piano making any music?
If your piano isn’t making any music, it’s likely due to one of the following reasons:
1. The dispenser is jammed from food that is too big.
2. The portion control limit has been reached for the day
3. Your piano is in Concert Mode.
4. Your volume is set to 0 (dispenser will still work).

Why isn't my piano dispensing food?
If your piano is playing music but not dispensing food it’s likely because your piano is in Tutor Mode and not enough keys have been played to trigger the dispenser. Click here for an overview of how Tutor Mode works.
